I just picked up a new IP8M-T2599E to add to my setup. I see it in my router and it shows in the IP-COnfig Tool. But for the life of me it will not open up the config page on Chrome, Edge or IE when i type in the ip address. I have did the manual reset button on the camera, changed wires, changed poe ports, any ideas ?
