Im from Portugal, thanks admin for accepting me in this forum.

I have a question with my CCTV system. My NVR is a 9504-W model and my question is: is it possible to access to menu configuration of NVR in other location?

Is there any software or anything else that allows this?

I suspect many of the members do not know that "NVR 9504-W" Is there a brand name associated with it?

1) Is the NVR connected to the local home network ?
2) can you access the NVR from a PC on your local home network ?
3) is the local home network connected to a router so it can access the internet ?
4) what type of internet connection do you have, fiber, coax, dsl, satellite, cellar ?
5) What is the make and model number of your Modem and router ?

Well, i'm not expert in this equipaments, i thougt that the model was enough. The brand is A-Zone.

1) Is connected directly to a router.
2) I can acess via mobile (app is IpPro) and via PC (Remote network video browser), but only to watch. WHat i want is being able to access the configurations and setup menu,
3) yes, like i said in 1).
4) is a remote local so its a dsl conection, not very strong but enough.
