I recently bought a HDBW4431F-AS that I've only setup using the web gui. I've noticed that I have really bad ghosting/tearing when I view the camera in live view. Only turning off 3d NR seems to help but the picture is really unusable. Any ideas what I could try or am missing?

I dont have that exact camera, but the ghosting makes sense. Ghosting for me is usually too little light and/or in combination with too much DNR and or WDR (at night).
DNR in daylight hasnt produced a ghosting problem for me unless turned up very far.
The tearing is usually something different. For me it was a bandwidth constraint with a piece of equipment. What bitrate are you running? can you post a sample clip?
