Gdmss plus can't save in device manager

Weird. I want to edit an existing device. I can make changes but there's no option to save the changes! It's not there when adding a new device either. Moto Z android phone with what I believe is the latest version of the app. How do you save in device manager? What am I missing!

This old vision will be working Android.after setting if u want to change you need uninstall then install this app again then will be good.
