Fuzzy Image Dahua HFW-2100

I have 4 Dahua HFW-2100 that I got about a year ago. 2 of them have a fuzzy image that I've never been able to fix. Has anyone else managed to fix this - ot looks like noise rather than a focus issue. All of the settings appear to be the same.
