FTP Client Logs

Dear All
I got a DHI-NVR4208-8P-4KS2/L , with last firmware (V4.002.0000000.5.R, Date version: 15-11-2022 ).
I am having problems with FTP connectivity. It worked for a while and since then I've had connection failures. Is it possible to have precise logs on FTP? Has anyone ever had this type of problem? (it works a little then nothing..)

Were you able to resolve the FTP issue? I am facing the same issue in multiple site locations, suddenly the cameras stop sending FTP captures and I get the message "User name or password is wrong.". Although the user name and password are correct. This does not seem to be related to a firmware issue as I am facing the same problem with different Hikvision IP Cameras. If you found a resolution, please share. Thank you.

Dear Ahayek,
I solved the FTP problem by using another server, but I couldn't find why the first one stopped working, and I couldn't figure out how to have accurate logs.
