From chinese to english

hey guys i bought hikvision camera DS-2CD3310D-I from china and now problem is the language is chinese and i want it change to english can somebody help me to solve the problem or can somebody give me an a firmware that can help to change the language...

It's a XX10 so the downgrader won't work

Just realised I've got the same problem with a camera bought recently - evidently the downgrader won't work, but is there another solution?

firmware from seller is your best option

I was going to suggest the same. If they don't have an English firmware, then use Google translate on Chrome to login to the camera.

Cheers - it's easy enough to login and get basic setup done as I just had my english camera opened in another tab... but it doesn't seem to connect to EZVIZ.
