Frequent crashes

My Android 13 phone keeps notifying me that Blue Iris is having frequent crashes. Un/Reinstalling the app doesn't change anything.

Anyone else have this problem?

Check the BI logs on the server for more detail

Consider sharing some of the details here

It didn't occur to me the app crashing might have something to do with my Windows server. But the server log is very uneventful.

Much to your point, I am curious if it is the app, or the server itself

After my last reply I thought you probably meant the logs from the app itself, but the logs section is a mirror of what you view on the server. I don't see that the app keeps its own logs.

Could it be the app is shutting down in the background and that is considered a crash?

I am on 13 and don't get that message.

I have it excluded from being put to sleep. I don't know why it would be shutting down otherwise. Are you on a Samsung phone with OneUI?
