Foscam FI9828P V2 OutDoor Video Color Issue

Hello,

I have issue with my FI9828P V2 OutDoor Cam. The colors turn abnormal, reddish or blueish or too greeny. It does not alway occurs.

I attach 2 screenshots of it.

In the first screenshot, the camera color looks strange. but In the second screenshot, the camera color looks normal. Both are taken with the camera zoom in same condition, but in different angle. the first was on top most, the second was downward.

Does anyone have idea for what I can do to resolve this?

I had a Foscam FI9821W (V2) do a similar thing. It got worse over time and I recently replaced it. I still have it so if this is not a HW failure, I would like to know how to fix it.

It is a hardware failure.
