Put the old foscam back into service in the attic...


After 5 failed attempts on the old style rat trap, Finally found a rat trap that works.








BTW, I had a ultrasonic right next to the camera, didn't work at all.

Sure helps find out when the traps need reset or whether the lil buggers are just ignoring the trap. My dad does the same thing (although not with a foscam) to watch his marmot traps at his hunting cabin.

Most convenient timing for the critter and trap to exit stage right out of view ... Our four legged traps bring whatever they can find alive into the house, then ... Let it go! Let it go! Here's my prize for you. Catch it now. GO! Sigh. Sure keeps the two legged inhabitants on their toes and figuring out ways to improvise and trap mice, chipmunks, birds, ... expediently, before 1 rodent and 4 cats turn the house into cirque de souris. Climbing curtains. Knocking over vases. Etc.
