Did you enter the month, day and year that is contained in the NVR after cycling the power to it and then allowing it to boot up fully?
The instructions at the link in post #2 state to put in the information (year, day, month, etc.) that the NVR "thinks" it is...... in other words, it may NOT be today's date it could be last year, last month or a week ago.
What does ithe NVR have in it now? Put that into the tool.
