Foggy Lorex 2K doorbell foggy/blurry all of the sudden

Hey gang, I've had this doorbell I think now for 2+ years, and have never had any issues.
A few days ago, the camera started getting blurry in a corner, then a day later it all became blurry/foggy. Initially I thought it was dirty so I cleaned the front with a soft cloth (that I use for sunglasses) but it's clear to me it's foggy inside.

Has anyone opened these up (they are the Amcrest AD410) to address this?
Can a tiny bag (those that come with lots of electronics) of silica gel (I think) be put inside?
It's strange that this happened all of the sudden...

I removed the camera and put it in a small tupperware filled with those silica baggies that I sometimes keep from HW orders, for about 3/4 hours, and it's fixed it, mostly. I'll have to take it off again on the weekend and leave it the whole day, I think it will get it 100% clear.
