I have a flashing yellow border around one of my cameras in the camera view window. There is no accompanying icon on top to let me know what is going on? Anyone know what this means?

I don't think that is it, the camera is PTZ, but it hasn't been moved. It is flashing on and off every other second.
Did you find that in the help file? I thought I searched every instance of yellow and border, but I didn't see that so who knows what else I am missing.
