I have one Hikvision IPC-T250H-M 5MP dome camera connected to a poe switch. It appears to be set up ok in HKvision iVMS-4200 but I can't get a picture. I've tried the web log in as well. I'm new to this so not even sure if I can view on the iVMS-4200software?

Double check settings in ivms 4200 .. ip, login, password, and channel info ..
Iirc also look for the hikvision camera setup tool ..
Not sure what I am doing wrong. I uninstalled 4200 and started again, followed the wizard and get to the screen with the 4-grid but no feed. Even though I am logged in it says not logged in (cloud icon so maybe doesn't matter) if I try to log in I get either wrong user/pword or incorrect code.
