Firmware updates to China bought Foscam model

I am living in China and am able to buy the local Foscam models at a serious cheap price.
However - the interface is all in Chinese.
I have just bought a HD950. My question is : can I upgrade the Firmware to a model FI9803 ??
I do not want to brick it up...
