Sorry if post is at the wrong place first time doing this
I have hikvision 2ndgen outdoor station and i update the firmware of deivce it changes its password on its own and i send xml for recovery but its saying cannot change the password device denied on sadap and on batch configuration its saying device fail same with ivms. Can anyone tell what is wrong
