Does anyone know where I can obtain firmware v5.7.1 build 220713 for a Annke C800 please?
I bought two of these and out of general habit, I downloaded the latest firmware from the Annke Download Centre and installed it on the first device. That was v5.7.1 build 211130.
When I got to the second device, paying more attention, I noticed that was already on v5.7.1 build 220713. On the first device I think I actually downgraded from build 220713 to 211130! Which while self inflicted, is annoying as v5.7.1 build 220713 does not seem to be available to download (neither US or UK Annke support sites).
I am waiting on a support case, but was hoping the community had a quicker answer.
