FedEx delivered gift today for a family member, puts in rocking chair as usual.
An hour later, an eastern tree rat jumps down, empty handed.
Visions of "Scrat" from "Ice Age" come to mind.

That camera needs to be positioned better.
No argument there...it's just sitting on a plant stand. It was going to be like that "for just a few days". That was 3 years ago!
I desperately need to get one of these:

I know the feeling. It's the frequent problem when you do too good of a job on a half assed temporary solution.
Eg. you're half-assed effort exceeds many people's whole-assed effort.

I mean you could at least stick it to the wall with some of that strong red foam mounting tape.

OK, the deed is done, @tangent ...it took me a few seconds (it's a PTZ). Now I can see the faces of those that come up the steps.
I had it down a notch to see all the foxes, 'coons, rabbits, etc. that came up on the landing.

Now you just need to set it up to move to different presets on a schedule and/or after a particular zone crossing rule activates
