I have a two questions if its possible: (sorry for me english)
I contact with my point of purchase for support, but they said no have this information
1. I have activate motion detection and i receiving two false alarm, I noticed that camera is sending two falses alarms per day :
- first at 7am.
- second at 7pm.
alarm appears when camera changes mode from night=>day and from day=>night.
With this method I receiving all notification alarm in my phone with IVMS 4200
2. I try activate Line Crossing Detection or Intrusion detector and activate Notify Surveillance Center with the linkage method BUT i no receiving in my phone with IVMS 4200 nothing alarm, only I receiving notify with motion detect
