FAA will require you have a pilots license to fly a drone

I'm a licensed pilot, so does not affect me, but isn't it crazy that the FAA wants to regulate toys? I just hope they let me count my drone flight time towards my airline transport pilots license. I'm sure my Phantom experience will quickly translate to flying 747s.
