I've been trying to solve this new problem with my doorbell which up until a few weeks ago was working reasonably well.
When the doorbell is pressed, my wife's iPhone rings as normal, but I get a singular notification like I would with a line crossing detection. No ringing or persistent notrication as I used to.
If I open the ezviz app then the ringing starts but will go if I change to a different app.
I've not had a new phone. On android 14 and doorbell is latest firmware as is the ezviz app. I've checked all notification settings and everything is on as normal.
Any help would be appreciated otherwise will need to consider a different doorbell.
