EZVIZ DB1 IOS App crashes when trying to update

Hi All,

I have just installed the EZVIZ DB1 and when I attempt to update the firmware via the EZVIZ app on IOS, it simply crashes the app and the update does not happen! Same result on iPhone and ipad.
Any suggestions, i.e. can I update /manage the DB1 via a Windows tool?

You can manually load the new formware on the doorbell.

Upgrade with SD Card:
Put the new firmware (‘digicap.dav’ file) into SD card root directory, insert card to Wi-Fi door bell, restart device, device will automatically upgrade and reboot.
