Hi everybody,

I've purchased on Amazon a brand new EZVIZ CS-C6N smart home camera. I've successfully installed EZVIZ Studio on a Windows PC and configured the camera to be visible from remotely via internet.
Now, I need to enable the advanced settings to manually change brightness/contrast in order to improve the image quality in some light conditions.

I followed the instructions published on these links, without success:
How to visit the “Advanced Setting” of EZVIZ Studio? - FAQ - EZVIZ Support

Despite the change in the AppConfig.ini file by adding the lines:

[LocalOperation]
Show=1

the "advanced setting" and "network settings" buttons do not appear on EZVIZ Studio (see attached capture.png).:(

The current firmware on the camera is "V5.3.0 build 220823".

Is this new firmware preventing the advanced settings enable?
If yes, is there any way to downgrade the firmware to enable full advanced and network settings?

Thanks in advance to everybody for your hints.
Best Regards,
Giulio

Have same camera and ran into same problem, after the advanced settings were available for some time. Some threads suggestest the problem raises with firmware updates and downgrades would help; while I played around with the config-ini-file: Put that Show flag to 0 and the the application after restart strangely claimed in a pop-up that the advanced settings were active and requested an identity check by email, which I followed, but again no change in the application's behaviour. Assuming that the application was messy and the actual problem, I removed it completely, which is three instances: EZVIZ application and some upgrade service in the application control + the wiping the installation folder. A fresh installation of the EZVIZ app immediately recognized the camera as instance of the home network and with the Show flag =1 the advanced settings showed up as it should be.
Still not clear, what the actual cause of the problem was: Could be the application gets confused when firmware upgrades are not executed properly or there is just a time limit for access to advanced setting , e.g. relative to ini-parameter "LastUploadKeyDataTime" which is set to a new value by re-installation.
