Export(Backup) config file on SD49225T-HN - FIXED

Has anyone had any luck using the “Setup > System > Import Export" function on these cameras to export the config file?
The camera does not have an SD card installed.
I do not have the web plugins installed.
I have tried from Chrome, Firefox, IE, and Edge.
Click the Export button does nothing.

This happens with firmware from 2017 and 2018 (April & September).

Does the cam need an SD card for this to work?
-Also happening with the bullets and turrets(IPC-HDW4231xxx units)

Looks like he web plugins need to be installed for the Export/Import feature to work.
I added the NACL plugin to Chrome and I can now backup the Dahua cams.
