I attached pictures of my setup. I have an FTP site that I want to send the files to after going from New to Stored. After the clips have moved from New to Stored I want them to be uploaded to the FTP and converted to MP4. I will be away a lot in the near future and can only access old clips through the Mac, so I prefer a portable format. In the attached photos, would I setup the que for export in the New or Stored setting? I'm guessing I can do it in New and move the clips off the local HD instead of waiting until they are moved to Stored? I can then delete them in Stored when the max limit is reached. If you see anything in the settings please let me know. The computer is a Blue Iris only machine.
