I have 5x 2.8mm DS-2CD3T86FWDV2-I3 and 1x 6mm DS-2CD3T86FWDV2-I5S they are Chinese models which means they have Chinese web interface and won't work on International Hikvision NVRs, but you can use it on 3rd party ones or on a PC with BlueIris.
Cameras were not used in a location, but I have used them to play with official software restrictions a bit, see How to: access Chinese devices from iVMS-4200
I can ship everywhere, but if you are outside EU please one note that each camera has a solid metal construction and weighs over 1kg (~2.3 lbs) with packaging.
