Energy usage for this type of system - Any thoughts

For the NVR it shows
Power Consumption NVR: 14.5W without HDD
PoE: Max 25.5W for single port, 130W in total

This NVR has a switch built in. Does it provide whatever the camera consumes up to 25.5w for each camera?


For the camera it shows
Power Consumption <8.5W
Does the camera use up to 8.5 watts depending on the environment?

The camera will draw about 2-3w depending on ir...the 8.5 is likely with IR and zoom at the same time..
