But the software dont support email notification (alarm) to mail

Is there any idea , for a alternative software for this NVR/cams

You cannot change the software on the NVR...Are you sure it does not support email? I find that hard to believe...
You may be able to uses the cameras or NVR with third party pc software like blue iris..
If you recently purchased it simply return it..
