Problem Summary
- Symptoms:
- NVR fails to boot (no display via HDMI, network ports inactive).
- Front panel buttons do not respond.
- Two red LEDs lit on the motherboard (location: near CPU/power section).
- Troubleshooting Attempted:
- Checked CMOS battery and fan – both functional.
- Disconnected all HDDs – no change.
- Tried hardware reset button (no response).
