Hi i have the live view failed issue

setup - ds7732ni, connected to 2 x poe switches (not using internal poe ports), the cameras are connected to the poe switches

when i open a browser and access the cameras web broswer, i can see live view fine.

when i access the nvr via browser, and add the cameras (which state online) i cannot access live view - and get the message live view failed

any ideas?
 
extra info - if i plug the camera directly into the nvr, then i can access live view (but with this mode, im unable to record off the camera via 3rd part software i.e. ispy, as im unable to access the camera in the internal network)

i have tried set both camera and nvr to udp
