DS-7608N-E2/8P&DS-2CD3335-I Bad resolution in multi screen

Hi guys,

I bought DS-7608N-E2/8P&DS-2CD3335-I from ali and installed yesterday.
All cameras are working but when they are in multi screen the cameras have very bad quality video. Anyone know how to fix these issues?

It uses the substream in the matrix view...adjust the cameras substream to higher res/bitrate..
 
Thanks,it is better now.

And i hae another issues with ezviz on platform access on the nvr to view the cameras from a mobile phone, it says offline even when connected to the router.

I dont use ezviz so i dont know...I would disable it entirely and use vpn...with ezviz you are trusting a chinese government run company to secure your nvr...
