Hi all,

Seek you all help and advice.

I have a unit of DS-7108-SN/P, connected to 4 unit camera, 2 unit are ip camera, direct connect to NVR using network cable ( Cam 1 and 2 ), another 2 unit are connected using wifi, on cam 3 and 4. I having issue when viewing thru ivms-4500 on the android phone (4g), only can stream cam 3 and 4, but cannot view cam 1 and 2. this also happen when viewing on home wifi too.

my local network ip set on the router are 192.168.0.1 range, nvr had set the fix ip of 192.168.0.99, and nvr built in network port range are using 192,168.1.1. both cam 1 and 2 that connected direct to nvr and using fix ip on 192.168.1.101 and 192.168.1.102. and for the wifi cam 3 and 4, both are connect to my wifi with fix ip of 192.168.0.104 and 192.168.1.105. i had doing the port forwarding on port 80, 8000, 554, 443, 8200 and also 9010 and 9020 too to nvr ip 192.168.0.99 and also DMZ on this ip too. And nvr are connected to hiddns.

when direct connect to tv, there are no problem on viewing 4 cam, can i know is there any setting i miss out, and also any solution on this, thanks12528201_10153441009808510_432498431_o.jpg12545828_10153441009768510_654334910_o.jpg

make sure you are using your NVR's ip address in the app to view ALL the cameras. Do not try to view the cameras directly, use the NVR to view them.

You say that camera 4 is on your LAN (192.168.0.XXX) but the IP of camera 4 that you mention (192.168.1.105) belongs to the NVR internal LAN (192.168.1.XXX). Have you mistyped the IP or have you set the wrong IP at camera 4?

no mistyping, the nvr with 8 port poe cannot use the same ip range with the router, so have to set another different ip range. and when using ivms-4200 on the notebook, i can view all the 4 camera, but not on using the ivms-4500 on the android phone. this is the main issue i facing at the moment.

Then the IP of camera 4 is wrong. If it belongs to your LAN IP range it should be 192.168.0.105.
All cameras connected physically to the NVR PoE ports should have IPs like 192.168.1.XXX.
The internal camera gateway for the PoE cameras should be 192.168.1.1 defined in the NVR.

Any camera connected directly to your LAN should have IPs like 192.168.0.XXX and your router gateway should have 192.168.0.1. Any cameras connected to your LAN should be defined as manual in the camera setup of the NVR.
