I have this hikvision camera DS-2DC4220IW-D it currently has firmware V5.4.20 build 160811

My issue is that this camera got hacked.

Is there a way to upgrade the firmware of this camera to make it more secure?

Also is hik-connect secure? can the camera still get hacked ?

More secure until the next hack? regardless you purchased a hacked china region camera which is not firmware upgradable
