Hello, I have 3 cameras DS-2CD2T83G2-2I, all 3 powered by an HIKVISION 8 port gbit poe switch. All 3 cameras went off ... now I can see them only with original IP 192.168.1.64 and inactive. I can activate them, but I can not upgrade firmware, can not see live image , and when I powered off, after restart they come back with original IP and in inactive state.
I tried with old Hikvision TFTP app , but I can not see camera.
Can someone please give me an idea how can I fix this camera ?
