DS-2CD2T42WD-I8 Blurry?

Anyone think this is a bit blurry for a camera? I checked the front of the lens, it doesn't have any plastic on it.

Notice the bush close to the camera appears to be slightly in focus, but the building in the background is a blurry mess.

I dissasembled the unit, checked the sensor and all the lens pieces, no dirt or anything obstructing them. Reassembled and now everything is sharper..
