The power went off to our house any my full system went down. Since then, one of my cameras will not come back on. It is a Hikvision ds-2cd2t42wd-i5. On my POE switch, it shows power but no network connection. I tried switching ports on the switch and made sure there were no loose wires. I then looked for it with the SADP tool but it does not show up.

Any ideas?
 
I tried that. No way to communicate with it and didnt show up on network. Camera had to of gotten damaged.
