Looking for a bullet camera and ran across this camera.

Any other opinions or suggestions for a bullet camera?

Not sure I'd spend the extra money over the smaller fixed 4MP Hikvisions for general security monitoring purposes.

But if you're looking for the ultimate nest box camera the DS-2CD2642FWD-IZS will focus down to very short distances and yield some amazing images.

Something this camera has over the small fixed bullet models is audio input so you can run a microphone.

Well, it has 2 main things going for it:
* f/1.4 instead of the usual f/2.0 for the cheap bullets, so you're getting 2x the light to the imager. Not a bad thing, especially at night.
* It's varifocal, so you can set the exact framing you need
