I have activated Hikvision DS-2CD2423G2-IW-W with the IP address as follows and added into the Device list. Why is it still showing as Offline?
The blue LED at the middle of the camera, right under the lens was blinking slowly: 2s ON, 2s Off.
Also, I could not log into the webpage of the camera with the error as shown below.
May I know what is the resolution to this? Many thanks!
