Hello,

I have a hikvision DS-2CD2386G2-I camera with POE.
I also bought a POE injector 48V.
When i connect the camera with the injector he gets no network.
When i connect the camera on a switch with POE it works fine.
When i connect on other camera on the injector it also works so they are both OK.
The injector is 48V and i think the camera is 12V, could it be that this camera doesn't convert the 48V to 12V ?

Make sure the injector complies with this PoE: 802.3af, Class 3
