Hello, I have scoured the web and this site for an answer but was unable to find a working solution for the G1 camera. I am looking to TURN OFF the LED light which seems to shine all night. Cannot find the LED OFF part in Day/night switch where I’m seeing in other videos. The settings there seem to do nothing at all. Would honestly rather have the LED be triggered by motion only. Not logging in through NVR, rather, logging in directly to camera. Firmware is up to date with latest.

EDIT: found some different setting (see second photo) but the sun is coming up so I’m unable to fully test this feature. Might this be the setting I’m looking for? Knowing my luck, it’s probably not haha!

Have you tried :
Triggered by alarm input: The switch is triggered by alarm input.

You can set the triggered mode to day or night
 
I’m not sure I fully understand what you are referring to… are you referring to if motion is activated, trigger alarm [output], and this trigger would be LED on at night?
 
Ok, the content in the second photo resolved the issue I was experiencing. Turned the brightness to 0 and LED is off at night
