I have a DS-2CD2342WD-I (2.8MM) that overlooks my backyard which is currently very shaded for most of the day. The WDR helps lighten up the shadows when i set it during the day. Come the next day and the effect is gone.
If i log back into the camera and "reset" the WDR level the shadows lighten up again. I'll attach a before and after. Does anyone know how i can make the WDR stick? Without it my motion detection does not work at very well in the shadows. I dont want to give up night vision. Can i auto-schedule a reset of the WDR each morning? TIA!
