I need an advice for mounting 6 x DS-2CD2142FWD-I(W)(S) HIKVISION cameras on different surfaces, the important thing is to hide all the pigtails (S model so it have sound pigtails in addition):
1 camera will be mounted on a lowered ceiling - no problem here, cables will be pushed to the ceiling gap.
2 cameras should be wall mounted at the backyard - AFAIU my options are: DS-1258ZJ (Plastic) or the DS-1272ZJ-110 (Metal) - any other recommendations or options for a minimal clean installation?
3 cameras should be mounted on a concrete ceiling - I know the DS-1280-DM18 will work but the junction box is very high and makes the camera+junction box to be very robust and clumsy.
will the DS-1259ZF be OK? no problem to mount an inclined junction box on a flat ceiling? will it hold all the cables?
