Just received and installed a DS-2CD2047G1-L Colorvue Bulletcam, and seems to be working well, but under settings and image adjustment there are some items not working correctly. Exposure settings shows the Iris at "Manual" and "Exposure time" at 1/3 sec. and neither can be adjusted. Under Backlight settings, WDR cannot be set because it shows defog ON (its OFF) and Slow Shutter ON (there are no slow shutter settings available). Is there a fix for this?
