Purchased a HIKVISION DS-2CD2032-I with firmware v.5.3.0 and it will not connect to a HIKVISION HYBRID DVR with 1.3.6 firmware. Had HIKVISION Tech on the line who insisted that the 1.3.6 uwoudl work but it does not. DVR see the camera on discovery but simply will not "Add" the camera. Any work arounds out there?
