Download record file from IP camera, downloading failed

I use the camera to record directly to samba share. I can playback the recording in web interface but now I have the need to retrieve a few record files. I tried Win7 /Win10 IE11 running as admin, downloading recording still returns "Downloading failed". (download path does exist)

How can I retrieve the records? I downloaded the 268.5MB mp4 file from Samba, not sure how to process the file. Thanks a lot.
 
Try adding the webpage of the ip camera to the trusted websites section in Internet explorer . Refresh page, download and try again.. fixed it for me
