Download help, please

I setup FTP in BI to download my pictures to weather underground. I hit the test button, it connected and the message said 0 download. What do I have to change to download my weather pictures to WU?

Do you mean to UPLOAD to WU? As in your sending pics to WU/
Have you signed up with them for your cam?

Yep, I mean upload. I signed up my cam about a week ago.

Can you upload manually with a basic ftp client (leave BI out of it as a test)?

Upload what? I just want to know what other changes I have to make to BI in order for the upload to take place. I have the ftp tab configured, what else do I need to do?

an image... since your automated attempts aren't working. This would help rule out issues on your network or with the credentials you're using.

Post a screen shot of your ftp settings in BI but black out your username and password
