my Blue Iris setup has some cameras and also a couple of Doorbird units all connected to Blue Iris. All of this is working ok. At some point a noticed Blue Iris receives a DIO trigger when a Doorbird unit is rang. This is great as I could connect certain alert actions to these triggers. For the most part this is working satisfactory. But sometimes this DIO trigger doesn't trigger with no apparent reason as to why. For example once I noticed Blue Iris didn't get triggered with this DIO trigger and went to press the doorbell once again and it worked fine that time with only about 1-2 minutes between doorbell presses. No apparent reasons or differences between both doorbell presses.
Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions how to start troubleshooting this?
Also, I don't know what part of Blue Iris settings connects these DIO alerts to Doorbird. If anyone has any insights on this, I would appreciate it.
