Does BI support Onvif 2.4.2

I got a new cheap (yes cheap and nasty) camera which claimed to be Onvif, but BI can't find it. Onvif manager ca't find it eaither. I ran wire shark and the best I can find is a rtmp://192.168.1.5:7010/live/[cami-d]_p0_NASDMNKXBHLN which if I past in to BI gives the address 192.168.1.5:7010. If I run find on this in BI it finds 7010 as the rstp: but I can't get a stream.
