I'm not talking about playing back events, that's seconds to load ...What type of connection are you using to try and access.. I have many different systems and not one of them from DMSS takes longer then 10 maybe 20 seconds to load an event? IF your system is taking 5 min to load or give you a playback might want to look into your connection. Late at night normally if it was speed related should be better at night after speed can pick up if you are on cable.. I mean day time I am at about 140mb but at night if I do a speed test my connection is 300's If you are using Cell data, then you will want to make sure that you are in 5g, if it is in an area where you are moving into a lower grade connection then it can fail
I'm on cable internet, my NVR is local only same with the app, I use the app through local VPN also that's on my Asus router.Aww ok, Mine is very fast if I use move left to right or if I hit the icon on the bottom it is fast.
Did you setup your connection using P2P or VPN or you talking about local only setup? How is your DMSS setup? Local or Account?
Ok I'll check with some settings and try different things.. I'm guessing because I have AcuPick turned on it makes lots of stuff in the recording for every single car and person.. and that's 1000's a dayMine is very fast and I am using P2P even.. That is today on local and I can turn off Local Wifi and load app again and bring up each days time line in less then 10 seconds. even to scroll from starting of day to the end of days list of recordings and I do record that channel full time with IVS events as well. other channels load just as fast or faster.. No lag local or P2P for my case.
Nevermind, I just loaded a camera time line that doesn't have AcuPick and it loaded the timeline in basically instantly..Mine is very fast and I am using P2P even..
