DMSS Issues

I have just replaced my XVR with an NVR and have setup all my IP cams to send alerts on SMD human motion detection.

I am now having issues with my push notifications on iPhone.

On my previous system it worked perfectly: SmartMotion Human, Camera Name

Now with the new system the push notifications on SMD human motion detection does not give the camera name...
Instead it says SmartMotion Human, w_Channel 3 or what ever the channel number it is; so like w_Channel 1 or w_Channel 11 etc etc.

Having 16 cameras all with SMD active, its not great having to remember what channel number the alert is for on the push notification.

Has anyone else had this issue or also experiencing this? And if so, how does one fix it?

Just to give an update on this... with the assistance from Dahua's technical team who advised me, it's a simple fix. One needs to register on the DMSS app and sign in. If you use the DMSS app without having signed in it doesn't pull all the information through from the NVR. Signing in gives you the full feature set and functionality from the DMSS app.
